Note:

This year’s salary survey will be conducted in three different complete cycles, Each cycle will take a period of approximately three (3) months.

i. 22nd January 2026 to 22nd April 2026
ii. 23rd April to 23rd July 2026
iii. 27th July to 27th October 2026
At the end of each cycle, the salary report will only be shared with the participating organisations.
Participation fee
i. FUE members will pay 3,000,000 (Three million only) shillings.
ii. Non-members will pay 5,000,000 (Five million only) shillings.
